Le obbligazioni emesse con il programma di OBG beneficiano pienamente delle disposizioni e delle garanzie previste dalla legislazione sulle Obbligazioni Bancarie Garantite, sulla base della Legge 130/1999 in merito alla cartolarizzazione dei crediti.
I fondi raccolti, che saranno destinati alla corrente gestione aziendale, contribuiranno a rafforzare la posizione di liquidità di lungo periodo in un'ottica di bilanciamento delle scadenze dell'attivo e del passivo.
