Banco Popolare's shares are listed on the Mercato Telematico Azionario ("MTA") managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.. Following the share capital increase completed in February 2011, 1,122,980,404 new ordinary shares were issued for a total of Euro 1,987,675,315.08. From the 29th of Arpil 2011 to the 3rd of December 2012, further 71,500 ordinary shares were issued upon conversion of the "soft mandatory" convertible bond, ISIN: IT0004584659. In addition, also as a result of the merger of Cassa di Risparmio di Lucca, Pisa and Livorno and Banca Popolare di Cremona in Banco Popolare, as at 3rd of December 2012  1,763,730,800 ordinary shares were in circulation.
