Global (Joint global) coordinator
A company that (along with other companies) acts as the general coordinator in the issue or placement of securities.

Global custody
An integrated complex of services that, in addition to the custody of securities, includes the performance of administrative activities related to the settlement of securities, collection and payment, custodian banking, management of uninvested liquidity, and various forms of reporting on portfolio performance.

Goodwill
Goodwill paid to acquire an equity stake in a company, equal to the portion of the difference between the cost and the corresponding share of net equity that may not be attributed to the acquired company's assets.

Gross operating margin (GOM)
Equal to the difference between revenues earned on production and the production costs incurred: in short, the profit on "industrial operations". If sales costs and administrative expenses are deducted from the GOM (also referred to as EBITDA), the resulting figure is known as operating income (also referred to as operating profit or EBIT).
